Biography:
Returned to the hobby after 27 years last summer and I am loving it- wish I had never stopped playing back in my youth. Originally intended just to paint and collect 28mm figures but after changing my mind I began to put together a Chaos Warriors army for WFB as that was what I played back in the day, Rouge Trader was in it's infancy when I ceased to play- what a fool! Anyhoo after many visits to my local GW store and several engrossing conversations with the manager there I was captivated by the background story of a certain secretive legion of Space Marines- Chaos Warriors ditched and I began my new incredible journey into the dark universe of Warhammer 40,000. I haven't looked back if I am not painting I'm reading or playing- it's taken over and only a few weeks ago I uttered the words 'Want New Army' when I saw the beautiful Harlequins but have made myself shelve that idea until I have all my DA's painted up and organised with perhaps a few more additions. I will eventually be building another army but whether or not it is Harlequins depends on what GW release before that time! Basically I can't get enough of 40K! Love it :)
