Astro Painting Survivors - Series 1!

Ok, it has been suggested that we have a separate thread for the posting of the pics for each series, and keep the daddy thread for discussion, so please post your entry level pics here.

Once again, here are the 10 Zombies I will be starting out with, undercoated as my first action, and waiting for their first splash of colour:

For this first installment I upgraded the Manticore a little: $

(As you can see, there's still lotsa work to do on the control panel! Also, the writing on one of the rockets is upside down *slaps self*)

In a change from my planned project (spent all yesterday finishing my tactical squad so time for something different) I'm going to be painting up these Ork Warbikes. The rear guns and riders have not been glued to the bikes yet to make sure I don't obscure my brush when it comes to painting...

I am inclined to allow new Survivors to join today if they can get their pics up in order to up the numbers, if no one has any objections, what with the international time differences and such some of us may still be in 'today' while other of us are already in 'tomorrow' if you get my meaning?

Here is my first unit, having entered I am now worried that it is freezing cold and I don't have many undercoated miniatures to paint...

Its a unit of 5 celtic horsemen who have been undercoated since this picture was taken!
See you in a few days, I am right in thinking I have until the 8th to post an updated picture?

Yep, every 3rd day, so that means Wednesday the 8th, then Saturday the 11th and so on, until everyone is out bar the winning survivor - and then we can start all over again! As far as I am concerened, the underlying drive of this thing is to get people painting that otherwise might need a nudge. Like me.
